What does Choayo care for?+
Everything you wear and live with. Choayo Daily for everyday clothing by the bag, with monthly and annual plans. Gentle Wash for office, occasion, children’s and home textiles. Exclusive Essentials for leather, bags and shoes: cleaning, recolouring and restoration.
How long does it take?+
Regular care returns in 2–3 working days. Express returns in a day, for an additional charge, depending on the item and quantity. Specialty pieces and leather take 7–28 days.
How do I book?+
Choose “Book a pickup” anywhere on this site. Pick your items, a day and a window, and WhatsApp opens with your request written. Just press send. You can also reach our concierge directly at +62 815 7512 7777.
Where do you pick up?+
SHIRO, our Shuttle Pickup Delivery Order, covers all of Jadetabek: Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. Pickups run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, in three windows: 10–12, 12–14 and 14–16. Pickup and delivery apply to orders from Rp300.000.
Can I drop off in person?+
Yes, at our hubs in Saumata Apartment, Alam Sutera, and Hublife, Taman Anggrek. All care happens at our workshop in Kota Wisata, Cibubur.
How are prices set?+
By the piece, according to the item, its material and the treatment it needs. The full guide is on our Care & Prices page. Choayo Daily is a flat price per bag.

Care
What is wet cleaning?+
Professional care with water and specially formulated, eco-friendly detergents, instead of the chemical solvents used in dry cleaning. It is gentler on fabric, kinder to skin, and safe for pieces usually considered “dry clean only”, from suits to silk.
Is it safe for silk and wool?+
Yes. Delicate fabrics are washed by hand or on calibrated wet-cleaning programs, with water volume, temperature, time and motion set for the fabric.
What about stubborn stains?+
They are pre-treated by spotting before the wash begins. Old or oxidised stains are noted at intake, so you know what to expect.
Are the detergents safe for babies?+
We use eco-certified, fabric-safe detergents, with sensitive-skin options for Little Ones Care on request.
Are garments washed together?+
Never carelessly. Every piece is sorted by colour and fabric before washing, to prevent colour transfer and damage.
