Every piece is inspected before it is touched. Fabric, stains, stitching and condition, all noted and photographed.

Wet cleaning
Water and eco-certified detergents, never harsh solvents. Programs set by fabric: temperature, time and motion.

By hand, where it matters
Silk and wool are handled manually. Stubborn stains are pre-treated by spotting before the wash begins.

Pressed and checked
Finished, inspected again, and packed, returned the way it should be worn.

Dear guest,
I didn’t start Choayo because I loved laundry. I started it because I noticed what a well-kept garment does to a person’s morning.
In 2019, with a small team, we made a decision that still governs everything: we would price the piece, not the pile, and remember every preference a customer ever taught us.
It was never about the collar. It is about the person walking into the room wearing it.

SHIRO, our Shuttle Pickup Delivery Order, runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday across Jadetabek. Pick your items, a window and your postcode, and WhatsApp opens with your request written. Our concierge takes it from there.
